New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2008, has made an allotment of 2920 (Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty) shares to the eligible employees of the Company upon exercise of Options vested in them.
