Vintage Cards fixes Record Date for Scheme of Arrangement

Vintage Cards & Creations Ltd has informed BSE that January 30, 2008 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Scheme of Arrangement. Accordingly, a shareholder holding 10 (ten) equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up, on Record Date i.e. January 30, 2008 will receive 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10/-.
