Jai Parabolic - Record Date for Scheme of Amalgamation

Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has informed BSE that February 21, 2008 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of allotment of shares of Jamna Auto Industries Ltd to the shareholders of Springs Ltd pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana.
