Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has informed BSE that February 22, 2008 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Scheme of Amalgamation.

As per the Scheme, shareholders of Godavari Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd (GFCL) will be entitled for 3 (three) Equity Shares of Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd (CFL) for every 2 (two) Equity Shares held by them in GFCL. For ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders of GFCL who are to receive the equity shares of CFL under the Scheme.
