Coromandel Fertilisers - Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Godavari Fertilisers And Chemicals Ltd with the Company. The Scheme is operative with retrospective effect from April 01, 2007.
